GROUP SESSIONS

We are pleased to announce a new, innovative initiative to support people with migraine.  Drs Walker and Kernick will be facilitating a small group of up to 10 people to explore a wide range of options to help you manage your migraine.

We will be encouraging you to work as a group and share your personal experiences of migraine, examining approaches that feel right for you. 

We will be doing this over three 60-90 minute sessions at Exeter Medical, Grenadier Road, Exeter. As this is the first programme, the introductory price will be £15 for each session. You can register and take part in as many or as few sessions as you wish. 

As part of our holistic approach, we may be exploring some simple holistic practices. For an introduction to these, you can find them in section 9 of “Manage your migraine holistically.”
